Too Hungry to Eat

"I'd love to meditate, I just don't have the time."

"I'm too busy to meditate."

"My life is too stressful to stop and meditate."

These are phrases I often hear from folks when I tell them I practice Vedic Meditation.

Saying we're too busy or stressed to meditate is like saying we're too hungry to eat, too thirsty to drink, or too tired to sleep.

Being too busy isn't a sustainable way to live. It leads to burnout, illness, and a whole lot of suffering. Vedic Meditation isn't just another thing that we have to do in our jam-packed schedule, it's the solution to our problem. The source of dynamic activity is dynamic rest. When we're less stressed and more adaptive, we're able to get through the day with greater efficiency, creativity, and stamina.

Don't miss out on meditation because you're too busy. Meditate because you're too busy.
