Learn to Meditate

Once you’ve attended an introductory talk, you can sign up for the Vedic Meditation course. Over the course of 4 consecutive days, you’ll receive in-depth training and learn all the ins and outs of how the meditate. By the end of the course, you’ll be a fully self-sufficient meditator. All courses are held in person.

 

Day 1

1 hour
Receive your personalized mantra and experience your first meditation with private instruction. 

Day 2

1 & 1/2 hours
We’ll begin to refine your technique, explain the mechanics of meditation, and learn how to integrate this practice into your daily life.

Day 3

1 & 1/2 hours
We’ll break down the science of stress and how meditation helps us remove stress and fatigue.

Day 4

1 & 1/2 hours
A preview of coming attractions: what we have to look forward to with our practice and how meditation will change our state of consciousness.
