Rounding

Rounding is a very specific sequencing of gentle yoga asanas, breath work, 20 minutes of meditation, and extra amounts of rest. It allows us to immediately start to release stress before we've even closed our eyes to meditate. One Round is equal to about a month’s worth of regular meditation in terms of rest achieved and stress released. It’s an industrial strength version of our meditation practice. 

When incorporated into our routine regularly, Rounding has a profound effect, soothing the nervous system and increasing our adaptation energy. It can be practiced as little (once or twice a month) or as regularly (up to twice a day) as you like.

You do not need to be a yogi to learn rounding as the yoga postures are simple and suitable for absolute beginners of all shapes, sizes, and flexibility. The private Rounding course is two hours and is run in person.
