Exploring the Veda

The Veda is an ancient body of knowledge. It’s the source of Ayurveda, yoga, and our own Vedic Meditation technique. Thom Knoles is recognized as one of the world’s foremost teachers of the Veda’s true meaning and how to apply it practically in one’s life.

Hardy with Thom

Broken up into six parts and over 73 hours in its entirety, Thom Knoles delves deeply into the Veda and draws out wisdom that is nothing short of life-changing. Students of Exploring the Veda learn techniques for deepening meditation, for correcting the mistakes of the intellect, and for manifesting the life experiences that reveal true fulfillment.

The complete Exploring the Veda program consists of six installments.  Each installment is conducted in a non-residential setting over a weekend, roughly in the following format:

Friday – 5pm to 9:30pm
Saturday – 11am to 6pm
Sunday – 11am to 6pm

Each of the seminars can be enjoyed individually, with no obligation to complete all six. However the course must be completed in sequential order as one installment leads naturally into the next. They are often run in a group setting, but private courses can be arranged.

In order to begin Exploring the Veda, students must have completed a Rounding retreat or have been taught how to Round from their teacher.
