I learned meditation to deal with stress and enjoy life more fully. It did that and so much more. After a decade of performing on Broadway and touring the nation, I quit my job, gave up my home, and leapt. I went off the grid in the Patagonian wilderness. I then went to live in the foothills of the Himalayas where I studied and trained with Vedic Masters. Now I teach people the same technique that absolutely changed my life.
